My parents took a few neighborhood children to the beach riding in the back of our covered Clayton Smith Pianos truck, with a piano inside. We played the piano, danced and sang the whole trip, thoroughly entertaining the cars on the road behind us. Once at the beach, we swam, made sand castles, ate gritty food and waited an hour before entering the water after eating.
